Version 0.4.0 [2026-05-11]
There’s quite a lot to unpack with this update so I’ll do my best to break them all down. There have been some major improvements to existing features.

What’s New

Server
- The game is moving to a new and improved server this week. All of the following updates will apply after the server change.

Battles
- 1.5x experience multiplier for Pokémon in battle that were traded to you, i.e., you’re not the original trainer.
- Sleep, paralysis, confusion, poison, burn, and frozen have been implemented.
- Potions and curing items now work in battle.

Maps
- Egg steps now count on v2 maps (Victory Road)
- Users can now select their time zone to use for day/night cycle. Server time will still be used for all other in-game times. Server time will be the default if you choose not to change your time zone.
- Day of the week and region specific drops added to v2 maps.
- Display more info about drops. Day, night, Tuesday, etc.
- Drops now listed in order of rarity.

Trading
- Updated the way Pokémon are listed. It will now show only 30 Pokémon at a time with a newly added search feature.

Other
- You can now select multiple Pokémon in your PC to release. You will receive gemstones just as you would releasing one at a time.
- Updated search features for My PC and Pokémon rankings.
- Meowth’s shop removed.
- You can now use candies to gain experience on the Pokémon management page. Candies all work the same as they do in the main games.
